Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and roadmap for our omnichannel platform.

Responsibilities: - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Run discovery with customers and internal teams; prioritize based on impact and effort - Write clear specs, align engineering and design, and ship outcomes - Track metrics and iterate; own pricing and packaging where relevant

Requirements: - 5+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS - Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with roadmapping and stakeholder alignment - Customer-centric mindset; ability to balance growth, retention, and platform health

Nice to have: Experience with SMB/enterprise, messaging or social products, AI/ML product work.
